Ministry: MC-21 with Russian wing to fly until end of 2021
MOSCOW, May 14 (PRIME) -- The MC-21 aircraft with a Russia-made composite wing will fly until the end of 2021, the Industry and Trade Ministry said in a statement on Friday citing Minister Denis Manturov.
“A Russian composite wing for MC-21 has been delivered to the Irkutsk Aviation Plant. After its assembly and installation of all systems, the aircraft will be ready for test flights. We expect the MC-21 with a Russian wing to fly until the end of this year,” Manturov said as quoted by the ministry.
